Normally, we ship orders received before Noon on the next business day – Weekends & Holidays may delay shipping. Please allow 2 to 5 business for your order to arrive.

We offer flat rate shipping in Ontario and Quebec based on the size of you order. In addition, we offer reduced shipping within Renfrew.

While we’re all about ensuring your happiness, there are a few items that we can’t accept returns or exchanges for. These include items with a specific date (think calendars & ornaments), things that are perishable (yes, that includes all food items & plants), ready-made gift baskets, custom orders, and any discounted items. These treasures are final sale items and ready to find their forever home with you.
